What’s included with my ticket purchase?
Your ticket includes all-you-can-eat crabs, shrimp, burgers, and hotdogs. Beverages like tea and lemonade are complimentary. Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase at the cash bar.
How can I buy tickets?

Are there vegetarian or non-seafood options?
Yes! We’ll have burgers and hotdogs available. Check back closer to the event for vegetarian options.
Can I bring my kids?
Absolutely! This is a family-friendly event with activities and entertainment suitable for all ages. Kid’s tickets are just $35.
Will there be seating, or is it standing-room only?
Seating is provided for all attendees. Limited reserved seating is available with purchase of a group table for six – only 2 tables available!
What’s the dress code?
Casual and comfortable! We recommend attire suitable for a fun afternoon of seafood and socializing.
How do I participate in the raffle and silent auction?
Raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the event. To participate in the silent auction, simply visit the auction table and place your bids. Winners will be announced before the event ends.
Where should I park?
Free parking is available at the Tappahannock Firehouse. Signs will direct you to designated parking areas.
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
Tickets are non-refundable, but you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member. Just contact us at marketing@downtowntappahannock.org.
How can I support you if I can’t attend?
You can still support us by making a donation or participating in our silent auction online. We also appreciate any help spreading the word!
