Rappahannock Roundstern is a boat charter business based out of June Parker Marina in Tappahannock, VA that specializes in fishing, local historic cruises, birdwatching, cocktail cruises and having fun on the Rappahannock River. Rappahannock Roundstern's main vessels are antique 37' hand-built wooden Chesapeake Bay style Deadrises that can carry up to 6 passengers for their fishing trips and cruises. Rappahannock Roundstern also has boats that are for specialized fishing trips for Bass, Snakehead, Red Drum and other species in shallow local creeks on the river. Historic Cruises are based on the area's rich history from Native American times, John Smith's exploration of the area in 1607, Tappahannock's design as a port in the 1700's, the steamboat era until present.
