June Parker Marina

Rappahannock Roundstern is a boat charter business based out of June Parker Marina in Tappahannock, VA that specializes in fishing, local historic cruises, birdwatching, cocktail cruises and having fun on the Rappahannock River. Rappahannock Roundstern's main vessels are antique 37' hand-built wooden Chesapeake Bay style Deadrises that can carry up to 6 passengers for their fishing trips and cruises. Rappahannock Roundstern also has boats that are for specialized fishing trips for Bass, Snakehead, Red Drum and other species in shallow local creeks on the river. Historic Cruises are based on the area's rich history from Native American times, John Smith's exploration of the area in 1607, Tappahannock's design as a port in the 1700's, the steamboat era until present. We also specialize in informational talks about local marine science. We'll put the Rappahannock at your fingertips! Cruises can be hourly, half-day (3 hours) or full-day (6 hours). Feel free to contact Nate Parker, the local marina and Rappahannock Roundstern manager, at 804 313 0099 for more information about services.

Tappahannock Moose Lodge

Our roots can be traced to 1888 and the founder of the Moose, Dr. Henry Wilson, who successfully established the first Lodge in Louisville, Kentucky. In the early years, the Moose was to serve a modest goal of offering men an opportunity to gather socially, to care for one another's needs and celebrate life together. Motto: To do some good thing for someone each day.
