When is the sponsorship deadline?
While we accept sponsors throughout the year, we recommend committing by March 1st to ensure maximum exposure and benefits for the full event season.
How are sponsorship funds used?
All sponsorship funds are invested directly back into our downtown district through event programming, infrastructure improvements, and business support initiatives. As a 501(c)3 organization, we maintain full transparency in our financial operations.
Can I customize my sponsorship package?
While we have structured packages to ensure fair benefits for all sponsors, we’re happy to discuss custom arrangements for unique situations. Please contact us directly to explore options.
What is the booth space policy?
Booth spaces (10×10) are provided at Farmers Markets based on your sponsorship level. You’ll need to provide your own tent, table, and chairs. Setup begins at 7:00 AM on market days, and we ask all vendors to stay until the market closes at 1:00 PM.
